Description
Description
The limescale remover can be used effectively wherever heavy limescale deposits occur, such as on fittings, tiles, toilets, cooking pots, coffee machines, washing machines, etc.
Application / Dosage:
Use undiluted: For fittings, tiles, toilets – where the limescale remover cannot be heated – allow it to take effect for a few minutes, depending on the layer of limescale, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Use diluted: In cooking pots and for descaling machines – where the acid can be heated and is therefore more effective.
Kettle: Heat approx. 100 ml per 0.5 litres of water to approx. 60 °C, leave to work for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse well.
Coffee machine: Add 200 ml of limescale remover and 800 ml of water to the water reservoir of the coffee machine. Descale according to the machine's instructions for use. It is essential to then run the machine through with clean water until the water is clear.
4.5 kg washing machine: Add 1 litre of limescale remover to the 60°C main wash cycle without laundry. Run the wash cycle through and clean the lint filter.
Dishwasher: Add 1 litre of limescale remover to the main wash cycle of the longest wash cycle (after pre-wash!) – with or without dishes. Allow the programme to run to the end.

citric acid 15–30%
Vegetable alcohol (ethanol) 5–15%
water, swirled to 100%
Ingredients list according to EC 648/2004:
Aqua, Citric Acid, Alcohol
Origin and properties of the ingredients:
The raw material for the production of citric acid are the by-products from the sugar industry, such as molasses. During the decalcification process, citric acid acts in its general capacity as an acid on the precipitated limestone and dissolves it again, releasing carbon dioxide.
Product feature:
Due to its quality as a food ingredient, its subtle smell and its gentle effect on metals and plastics, citric acid is better suited than other acids for versatile decalcification in the kitchen and sanitary area.
Certification:
Ecogarantie
CSE
Vegan Society
Technical data:
Density: (20 °C) approx. 1.07 g / cm³
pH value: (20 °C, 5 g / l H2O) approx. 3-4
Ecology:
Biodegradation:
Citric acid is a component of the plant, animal and human organism and is therefore quickly and completely broken down into carbon dioxide and water by the microorganisms present in nature.
