Single use: MyAll-Bio discount vouchers can only be used once. If items are returned or exchanged, a new voucher will not be issued.

Discount distribution:

• The discount is distributed proportionally among all items in the shopping cart.
• This division remains in place even if the property is partially returned.
• In the case of partial returns, the discount will not be redistributed among the remaining items.

Refund: In case of returns, you will receive back the amount actually paid per item, i.e. the price minus the pro rata discount.

Through this regulation, we ensure that the discount benefit remains fairly distributed and at the same time an uncomplicated processing of returns is possible.
