Grilling fun and more: organic tofu sausages

Everyone loves sausages - these uncomplicated sausages are synonymous with barbecues, parties and socializing, and are always available at snack bars when hunger strikes. However, sausages don't always have to be made of meat, and meat-free sausages are a real treat! ALL-BIO has a selection of delicious veggie sausages that are made either from "wheat meat" (found in the Wheaty section) or from tofu. Our delicious organic tofu sausages are listed in this section. Not only do they taste great, they also have good frying properties (grilled sausages, see below) or remain nice and firm after boiling (tofu wieners, see below) and will make the hearts of all sausage fans beat faster. The crunchy organic sausages for vegetarians and vegans (and of course for everyone else too!) are a real treat. They spice up every barbecue, are a hit at every child's birthday party and make everyone who loves sausages happy.

Tofu grill crackers & tofu wieners at ALL-BIO

As soon as the first spring sun comes out, many barbecue fans happily open the season - after all, they have waited all winter longingly to finally be able to enjoy aromatic grilled food again (of course including the typical trimmings that one associates with it, because grilling simply has ambience and is fun). For many, it is clear that they would prefer organic grilled food. But not only meat, but also meat alternatives such as tofu sausages are naturally something that many people would like to put on the grill as an organic version, and the tofu grilled sausages from our range come in very handy, because they are of course organic. In the ALLBIO product selection, we have the delicious organic grilled sausages from the manufacturer Taifun. With their spicy pepper note and a house of garlic, they are really delicious and make the wish for the perfect vegan organic grilled sausage come true.
In addition to the perfect grilled sausages, the range should also include delicious Wienerle - that's for sure! Many people have known Wieners since childhood as a quick but absolutely delicious meal that is incredibly easy to prepare and always brings a satisfied smile. After all, it doesn't always have to be haute cuisine to get your money's worth in terms of cuisine - sometimes it's the very simple things and dishes that are needed.
Our organic wieners from the Taifun brand have everything that wieners need. They are seasoned with pepper, garlic and paprika, among other things, and are not only delicious on their own or in hot dogs, but also in soups and stews. The organic veggie wieners taste pleasantly familiar and, as a vegan product, are something new and innovative compared to the traditional meat wieners. They have a great consistency and will delight every wiener fan.

A little guide to tofu: Interesting facts about the product

Tofu has been a very popular meat substitute in the West for years and has a wide range of uses.
An article in the magazine YOGA AKTUELL states: "We have the Chinese to thank for the fact that we can enjoy soya today in the form of tofu and the like. The Taoist prince Huanin of the Han Dynasty is said to have been searching for the elixir of eternal life there around 200 BC. First he tried life-threatening mixtures of cinnabar or poisonous mercury. When these did not have the desired effect, he mixed mashed soya beans with salt. The protein coagulation that took place there did not give him the elixir of life, but it did give him the first tofu. Another legend tells that the Chinese cook Lin An added a pinch of sea salt too much to his soya stew, which caused it to curdle and the first tofu was created. However, Buddhist monks, who like many yogis do not eat meat, played a major role in the spread of tofu. However, they gave tofu a high status as a sattvic food. A few centuries later, the process of making tofu finally made its way from China to Korea and Japan. Today, there are countless medium-sized tofu factories all over Asia that produce fresh produce every day - a counterpart to a German bakery. It's no wonder that the soy plant, with so much healthy content, has made it to the top of organic shops and is now available in a variety of forms."

The author of the article, Doris Iding, divides tofu into the following categories:
Vacuum-packed tofu: Ready-made tofu is usually vacuum-packed. Once opened, you can simply cover it with water and store it in the fridge for up to a week. The water should be changed frequently, however. Tofu is tasteless and takes on any flavor. It is often marinated in soy sauce and fried like meat. But it can also be bought fried, grilled or smoked.Silky, soft and fermented tofu: Tofu that contains a lot of water is called silken tofu. Its consistency is creamy like pudding. Fermented tofu from a can or jar is the only tofu product with a strong flavor of its own. It is mainly used as a seasoning.

Organic patties for vegetarians and vegans

Whether it's Wiener Schnitzel or chicken fillets and much more - vegetarians and vegans can enjoy the typical taste of these popular dishes just as much as meat eaters, just in the plant-based version. Even many "diehard" non-vegetarians are surprised at how close the meat-free versions come to the original in terms of taste. At the same time, these high-quality organic products are in a class of their own. Wholesome tofu, of course organic quality, seasoned with sea salt and yeast extract, among other things, is a real alternative that is always ready when you fancy a burger, fire up the grill,
The mild vegan Japanese fried fillets from our range should also be in every fridge, as they can be seasoned and marinated wonderfully and can also be diced or chopped very well, e.g. for wok dishes. Hearty, healthy and absolutely recommendable: the organic spelt patties from Taifun, which are also vegan and, like the other patties available from us, are based on tofu, but also contain hearty spelt meal.

Even more good things from organic soy: veggie mince and other delicacies

In addition to patties such as plant-based "schnitzels", ALLBIO also offers coarse and fine soya for vegan Bolognese, Chile sin Carne or other delicious dishes. This gives the dishes a filling, protein-rich ingredient and often - as in the examples mentioned above - the typical overall impression. Our range even includes perfectly seasoned veggie cevapcici in organic quality for authentic Balkan-style enjoyment.
