Everyone loves Asian cuisine!

Asian cuisine has many fans. Whether wok dishes or sushi, "Chinese pans" or other delicacies from the land of the rising sun - Asian dishes are very popular. Spicy and pleasantly different, often very easy to digest and also quick to prepare, dishes from Asian cuisine are a hit. The popularity of Asian cuisine is also evident in the large number of Asian restaurants and snack bars and their great success - be it Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese or other Asian restaurants. Anyone who wants to cook Asian dishes themselves can sometimes buy the corresponding special ingredients without any problem thanks to the Asian shops mentioned above, but often has difficulty finding these ingredients in organic quality. Asian cuisine means diversity

Asian cuisine has many facets. We in Europe are becoming more and more aware - not least because of the increasing number of restaurants and Asian shops in smaller towns - that Asian cuisine is by no means limited to a few well-known classics from Chinese cuisine (such as spring rolls or sweet and sour duck), but encompasses a huge variety. Chinese cuisine alone, for example, can vary greatly depending on the region and has so much more to offer than the dishes that have long been considered typical here. If you then broaden your view to the entire Asian continent, it quickly becomes clear what a great culinary variety awaits you here - completely new worlds of taste can be discovered here, with the broad spectrum including both spicy and mild dishes and both meaty food and many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Thai cuisine, for example, is very different from Indian cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine is different from Japanese cuisine, etc. ALL-BIO's Asian range includes organic ingredients for various national cuisines in Asia. Among the many different ingredients for Asian cuisine that can be found in our organic range are, for example, noodle specialties, because, as is well known, different noodles are used in Asian cuisine than those known from European cuisine.

It's all about the seasoning: seasonings for Asian cuisine

An important part of the Asian range at ALL-BIO are the various seasonings: they are what give the different dishes their distinctive taste. The organic seasonings for Asian cuisine that we have available include:

You can safely save yourself the painstaking study of the ingredients with organic seasonings, because glutamate is of course excluded from organic products.

Sushi: a highlight of Asian cuisine

Sushi is one of the delicacies from Asian cuisine that has a particularly large number of fans. For real sushi you need a special sticky rice, as sushi is not prepared with grainy rice. Typical sushi rice can of course be found in organic quality. But rice is not all that is needed to prepare delicious sushi bars: As sushi connoisseurs know, the typical ginger and wasabi paste are also included. These two sushi ingredients are also available from us, as are bamboo mats for rolling sushi in style and easily, and last but not least, of course, sushi seaweed (wakame, nori) and sushi cucumbers.

Other ingredients for Asian cuisine: seaweed, binding agents and more

Asian cuisine uses many delicious ingredients that are unknown or at least not very common in European cuisine. Umeboshi is one of them. The salty and subtle sour note of this product gives many dishes a wonderful "kick". Seaweed is also typical in the cuisine of some Asian countries and is not only found in sushi (see above), but also in other Asian dishes. It is considered to be particularly healthy and is even often mentioned in connection with the above-average life expectancy in some parts of Asia. But even if it is certainly not the only factor that plays a role in this as a nutritional component, seaweed is simply a great ingredient that can be used in a lot of ways. Whether organic nori, organic wakame, organic dulse or other types of seaweed or a mixed organic seaweed salad - ALL-BIO offers numerous seaweed specialties for Asian cuisine.

Dried mushrooms are also an ingredient that is often used in Asian cuisine and can of course also be found in the ALL-BIO range.

In addition, our organic range also includes various binding agents. The fine "goo" on many dishes is familiar from Asian restaurants: sauces and marinades often have a jelly-like consistency, but do not contain gelatine. Instead, this special consistency, which is highly valued by many connoisseurs, is achieved using plant-based binding agents such as agar agar. Arrowroot starch and tapioca starch are also vegetarian or vegan binding agents that are used in Asian cuisine. These and other binding agents for Asian cuisine should not be missing from the basic inventory.
