Arishtas and Asavas are made especially for AMLA Natur in India.

Due to the complex, traditional manufacturing process, these fermented drinks contain a significant amount of one or more B vitamins, for which scientifically proven effects have been demonstrated that correspond to traditional Ayurvedic claims of effectiveness.

The daily intake contains folic acid 136 µg = 68% of the NRV value and pantothenic acid 2.14 mg = 36% of the NRV value.

*Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system (physical defense), the psyche and blood formation. Pantothenic acid contributes to the normal function of energy metabolism.
