With ARCHE Seitan-Fix you can quickly make a great organic seitan yourself.
Seitan absorbs the flavor of broths, sauces, or spices particularly well, making it a perfect meat substitute. Once the mixture has been kneaded and cooked, it can be used to prepare a variety of dishes: as mince in a vegan bolognaise, for stuffed vegetables, breaded as a "schnitzel," vegan carbonara, and much more! Some of the cooked seitan mixture can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, or frozen and used later.
By the way - the Japanese word seitan means "made from protein"!
