Bauckhof gluten-free pizza dough tastes like homemade and is easy and quick. Prepare the dough and spread with tomato puree. Now top your pizza as you like, e.g. with onions, Mushrooms, corn, peppers, pineapple, olives, broccoli, artichokes, Zucchini, peppers, spinach, capers, salami, ham, mussels, anchovies, tuna...

The Bauckhof Mini-Mill uses only gluten-free raw materials All products are ground in the mill laboratory after production and Packaging is checked for gluten-free products and is subject to gluten analysis at the German Celiac Society. Bauckhof Pizza is suitable for diets for celiac disease and sprue.

Recipe tip onion cake:
With the gluten-free Bauckhof pizza dough you can easily make a Make onion cake: 1kg diced onions, 100ml crème fraiche, 100ml cream, 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway, 1 pinch nutmeg, 2 Eggs. Sauté onions in the pan until soft. Allow to cool. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and mix with the onions. Prepare the dough and roll it out. Spread the mixture on the dough and Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
