Do you know gingerol? No? Here you will find it in its most delicious form. It is the essential oil of ginger that gives it its flavor and spiciness. The aroma of this 100% natural essential oil is much finer and longer lasting than pure ginger - a very special taste experience. The oil is just as suitable for refining compote as it is for all kinds of Caribbean and Asian dishes. But warming drinks in winter also benefit enormously from a drop of the essential oil.
Application: 1 drop is enough for about 4 portions, or the equivalent of 250-500 ml of liquid or mixture. The oil should not be consumed pure, but mixed with butter, oil, cream, sour cream, egg yolk, soy sauce, lemon juice, etc. With the integrated pipette you can easily dose the oil to give your palate a special treat.
