Guduchi - Tinospora Cordifolia - is a perennial climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves and small yellow flowers, whose stem develops many hanging tentacles (aerial roots). The stem, roots and leaves are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. The powder from the above-ground parts of the plant, which is finely and gently ground (below 40°C) in our production, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.

The daily intake of 2.04g of plant powder contains 37.4mg¹ polyphenols². ¹ The legislator has not yet set an NRV value (reference amount for daily intake) for secondary plant substances. The amount given here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations. ² Polyphenols are bioactive, secondary plant substances that shape the dosha character of plants in the form of colorants, flavorings and tannins.
