    Preparation for: 200 g spaghetti, 200 g minced meat, 100 g carrots, 100 g tomato paste, 200 ml water
  • Preparation
    1. Cook spaghetti in salted water, grate carrots and have water ready. 2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) in a pan together with seasoning mix 1 (small bag). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add minced meat and fry well. Add carrots and fry briefly. 3. Add water, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and tomato paste and cook with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip: Replace water with red wine and fry fresh garlic together with the carrots. Enjoy!
