Organic soy sauce – the star of Asian cuisine

Soy sauce is one of the most popular seasoning sauces in Asian cuisine. Whether organic shoyu or organic tamari - ALLBIO has mild and strong organic soy sauces from the renowned manufacturer Arche in its range. Sushi, spring rolls, wok dishes and countless other dishes can be wonderfully seasoned with it, and soy sauce is also a popular ingredient for dressings or for your own sauce creations. With organic soy sauce you always make a good choice!

Since flavor enhancers are often used in seasoning sauces such as soy sauce in conventional products, it is doubly advisable to go for organic, as this means that additives such as glutamate can be excluded without having to spend a long time studying the ingredient list - the flavor and flavor come solely from high-quality organic ingredients! The chemical manufacturing processes that are now often replacing traditional fermentation are also not used in organic soy sauce.

Organic soy sauce – whether shoyu or tamari – is a seasoning that should not be missing from any kitchen.

Not all soy sauce is the same – the different types of soy sauce are briefly explained below.

What is Tamari?
Tamari's basic recipe consists only of soybeans, sea salt and water. The ground soybeans are used to make what is known as koji by adding certain bacterial cultures, to which water and sea salt are then added. A long fermentation process now begins, during which the typical aroma is created.
Tamari has a strong flavor; it is, so to speak, “pure soy sauce.” Tamari is the variant of soy sauce commonly used in China.

What is Shoyu?
Shoyu is common in Japan and the main difference between it and Tamari is that it contains wheat. Shoyu is usually not as intense in taste as Tamari.

Curries are skilfully put together mixtures of various spices and other ingredients. Curry is not understood to mean a single spice (unlike in some German usage), but rather a tasty seasoning sauce, although sometimes the entire dish - i.e. the sauce with the rice, vegetables and/or meat with which it is served - is also referred to as curry. Perfectly balanced organic curry preparations are an important core part of our Asian range.

Indian curries
Our ready-made organic curry sauces include typical specialties from Indian cuisine such as organic curry sauce Lafrezi or organic curry sauce Tikka Masala. The wonderful taste of India awaits in every jar!

Thai curries

Peanut sauce brings a wonderfully creamy component to Asian dishes and is especially relevant for Thai cuisine (but can of course also be used creatively for other dishes).

Organic Mankhao Seasoning Sauce Sate Peanut-Honey
When peanut meets a hint of honey, as in this delicious organic sauce, a particularly "rounded" taste is created. In addition, this peanut sauce enchants the taste buds with coconut, tamari, garlic and coriander, among other things.

This spicy organic peanut sauce has a slight spiciness thanks to chili and is also distinguished by the aroma of onions.

Organic almond sauce, Indian
For Indian cuisine (but of course also for other dishes) almond sauce can be used wonderfully instead of peanut sauce. It also has that certain something that gives a creamy component, a smooth texture and a full-bodied taste. The organic almond sauce from Eisblümerl is a delicate composition thanks to coconut milk, mangos and selected spices.

Other organic Asian sauces

The universal organic Asian sauce from Byodo tastes great with spring rolls, but also with rice salads and other dishes. With paprika, a little chili and a hint of garlic, this sweet and sour sauce (sweetened with raw cane sugar) brings a fruity flavor to Asian dishes. This delicious Asian sauce can be served as a table condiment.

Organic Asian Sauce Thai Mango
If you like fruity things and love the flavors of Thai cuisine, you shouldn't miss out on this spicy organic Asian sauce. Sanchon's organic sauce can also be used as a table seasoning.

Organic Ume Su
When umeboshi apricots (sometimes also called plums) pickled in sea salt meet shiso leaves and mature in cedar barrels, umeboshi is created through lactic acid fermentation. The salty-sour seasoning sauce is one of the classics of Japanese cuisine and is available in the ALLBIO range from the manufacturer Arche.

Intense taste and great variety

The various organic soy sauces and organic curry sauces add a lot of flavor to every dish, offering very different flavors - depending on which of the numerous different products you choose, you can have different taste experiences that range from spicy to mild to salty or sour and astringent, with exciting nuances that are really worth discovering.

Organic curry sauces play an important role in Asian cuisine - for example Indian and Thai cuisine - but you can also experiment with them in other ways. They are easy to handle and quick to use and are highly recommended for any kitchen. Soy sauce is a characteristic ingredient in Chinese cuisine, but also in Japanese sushi and numerous other dishes from the Far East.
