A real organic seasoning professional from Japan! The naturally fermented, purely plant-based organic soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat is traditionally manufactured in a Japanese factory.

Arche Shoyu is a mildly spicy, versatile, vegan organic seasoning for Asian and European cuisine: for seasoning and refining vegetable dishes, soups, in dressings and dips, and even for seasoning at the table. To ensure the full flavor is retained, only add the naturally brewed organic Shoyu at the end of the cooking time.

Tip: Arche Bio Shoyu can be used in recipes everywhere instead of light soy sauce!
