Description

It has never been so easy to bring all the fascination of Indian cuisine to the table - with 100% natural ingredients!

Seasoning is done in two steps: when frying, the fine spices are released and give the dish its authentic taste. Then, when deglazing, the sauce is refined with aromatic herbs that are stirred into it. The spices and herbs combine perfectly with the fresh ingredients: a full-bodied, natural taste experience!

Processing instructions:
Preparation for:
300 g chicken breast (or turkey breast)
300 g mixed vegetables
e.g. broccoli, peppers, pak choi, zucchini, Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, spring onions
200 ml coconut milk

preparation
1. Dice the chicken or turkey breast, cut the vegetables into strips. 200 ml coconut milk
provide.
2. 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. sesame oil) together with the seasoning mixture 1 (small
bag) into a non-stick pan. Then heat on the hotplate.
As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add the poultry and fry. Vegetables
Add and continue frying.
3. Add coconut milk, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and bring to a boil with the lid closed.
Cover and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tip: Thai or basmati rice goes well with this. It also works with tofu cubes instead of
Poultry.
