Chop 1 kg of ripe, healthy fruit, mix well with 500g NATURATA gelling sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Continue to cook for at least 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly. Then add 100 ml of lemon juice and cook for a further 2 minutes. Fill clean jars with the boiling hot jam to the brim and screw on the lid. Leave upside down on the lid for approx. 5 minutes.
