Description

Nettle - "a delicious fire hazard" Nettle can be used to make a mild tea that is good in spring and can be used for internal cleansing due to its importance. The leaves are boiled in water, after 5 to 10 minutes a greenish, mild-tasting tea is produced. Also available as tea bags! Nettle is a nettle plant and grows on nutrient-rich soil, preferably near people, along fences and in gardens. It grows up to a meter high. The leaves and stems have stinging hairs, the tips of which break off when touched. This is why nettles are often associated with itchy and burning rashes and are often dismissed as a weed that should be avoided. However, this plant is one of the most important herbs in our latitudes.
Ingredients from organic farming:
nettle
Nettle tea, loose, 50g - Sonnentor.
