    Davert Sushi Rice is a rice specialty with particularly sticky properties and is therefore very easy to process - e.g. into Maki, Gunkanmaki, Nigiri or Temaki.
  • Preparation
    As a side dish for 2 people, bring 125 g of sushi rice to the boil in 300 ml of water and simmer gently for about 15 minutes and leave to swell for 10 minutes without heat. Then drizzle the rice with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of raw cane sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix.
