Description

Authentically Asian – Panko is a particularly crispy, slightly coarser breadcrumb. With ARCHE Panko you can give vegetables, tofu, tempeh, fish or meat a particularly light crispiness.

Tip: Panko gives casseroles or stuffed vegetables a crispy crust.

Preparation: Season the tofu pieces to taste. Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with 3 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Place the panko on a large plate. Roll the tofu first in the dough, then in the panko and then fry or deep-fry until crispy. Do the same with vegetables, fish or meat.
