The mild, spicy soy sauce made from soybeans and wheat is traditionally made in a Japanese factory. Arche Shoyu is a versatile seasoning for Asian and European cuisine: for refining vegetable dishes, soups, in dressings and dips, and even for seasoning at the table. To ensure the full flavor is retained, only add Shoyu at the end of the cooking time.
