The essential oil "Siberian spruce needles" is distilled from branches of the Siberian fir (botanical name: Abies sibirica). In our language, the oil is known as so-called "spruce needle oil". The scent is woody and sweet, a typical fresh forest scent. The Siberian fir has a high proportion of monoterpene esters: This gives it a strong anti-anxiety, relaxing effect. This essential oil is therefore ideal for stress and mental imbalance.

The branches and needles used for distillation are primarily harvested in spring and autumn, because at this time the content of essential oils is particularly high.
