    Gluten-free semolina pudding in a double pack For 2 x 500 ml milk or 2 x 450 ml soy drink For 2 servings: Prepare 1/2 liter of milk, put 1 bag of semolina pudding (65 g) in a bowl. Remove 7 tablespoons of milk and mix with the pudding mixture. Bring the remaining milk to the boil. Add the mixed pudding to the hot milk and bring to the boil for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Immediately afterwards, divide the pudding into portion bowls. Enjoy warm or cold. For 4 servings: Prepare 1 liter of milk. Put both bags of semolina pudding in a bowl. Remove 14 tablespoons of milk and mix with the pudding mixture. Then continue as for 2 people.
