Carefully pressed in the Rapunzel oil mill in the Allgäu. Walnut oil is a fine delicacy and is characterized by the typical nutty aroma of the walnut.

The walnut oil is produced using the special OXYGUARD® process. The particularly gentle process used at Rapunzel ensures that the wealth of valuable ingredients is retained. Rapunzel OXYGUARD® native walnut oil is rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (74 g/100 g), has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid 10.9 g/100g) and vitamin E (12 mg/100 g corresponds to 100% of the reference amount).
