    Mix the contents of the pack with 280 ml of cold water. Dip vegetables, tofu or shrimps into the batter and fry in hot frying oil at around 180°C until lightly browned. Blanch vegetables such as broccoli or carrots briefly in boiling water beforehand. Serve with Arche dipping sauces or shoyu. Tip: If you dip a wooden spoon into the hot oil and bubbles of air rise, the temperature is right!
