Deliciously nutty to the power of seven: Rudolf Steiner already knew about the special meaning of the number "7" - Bauck Hof has taken this to heart and combined the 7 most delicious seeds in its new hot oats: sunflower and pumpkin seeds, linseed, sesame, chia seeds, hemp seeds and blue poppy seeds. Puffed amaranth and quinoa make the porridge deliciously nutty and provide a certain crunch. The harmonious mixture of ground and whole oat flakes is, as always, deliciously creamy and, as usual, easy to prepare.
The gluten-free oat flakes in the Hot Oat products come from Demeter contract farmers in the region with whom we have been working in partnership for a long time.
