Rich, creamy curry paste from Mongolian cuisine with precious spices, coconut cream and cashew nuts for the preparation of delicious Korma dishes.

To prepare delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: briefly braise vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Korma Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per portion) and simmer until done. (For more flavor, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in creme fraiche, cream cheese or creamed coconut as desired and simmer or simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice. - The Indian curry is ready!
