The delicious millet coconut tongues are baked on a millet wholemeal flour basis. The addition of the best organic honey gives them a pleasantly sweet taste. The combination of coconut flakes and dark chocolate provides an exotic, tart taste.
As always at Werz, this grain is freshly milled in the natural grain mill shortly before further processing.
