The espresso made from 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta beans produces a fine blend with subtle acidity and rich crema. A harmonious espresso with chocolate and nutty notes. Intensity 4 out of 5.
Our coffee beans are grown in mixed crops under shade trees. They come from the fair trade producer association Keezhantoor in the Indian state of Kerala and the cooperative COAGRICSAL in Honduras.
The coffee beans are not only organically grown, but are also Naturland Fair certified. This guarantees fair producer prices, cooperative trading relationships and the assumption of social responsibility. As a founding member of Naturland, LaSelva is proud of the first Naturland Fair Caffé from Italy.
This Caffè "Appassionato whole bean" is suitable for portafilter machines, fully automatic machines and the Moka.
