Celtic Soup Spice - The idea was to develop an aromatic soup spice with ground linden blossom.

The Celtic soup spice consists of local (wild) plants: tree blossoms, herbs, spices and valuable (bitter) roots, which, depending on the dosage, give the food fullness and even a slightly perceptible bitter note. The aromas of linden blossom, elderberry, caraway and juniper permeate the dish in an almost alchemical way, reminiscent of a particularly sweet lovage.
