Description
The sun-ripened tomatoes from our own cultivation in Tuscany are processed fresh and without the addition of salt. Mineral-rich soils and a favorable Mediterranean climate give the crops their intense and typical flavor. LaSelva tomatoes contain little water, but more primary and secondary plant substances and are characterized by their natural sweetness. The tomatoes, which are hand-picked in the field and during processing, are processed naturally and pasteurized using a gentle process.
