But above all, dates are characterized by their natural sweetness. That's why the fruit porridge tastes so delicately sweet, without any sugar. Figs, apricots, cranberries and sultanas round off the fruit enjoyment. The harmonious mixture of ground and whole oat flakes is, as always, deliciously creamy and, as usual, easy to prepare.

    Classic preparation for 4 people: Put 200g of the mixture into a saucepan with 600ml of milk or water and bring to the boil while stirring. Simmer for 2-4 minutes until the porridge has reached the desired consistency. Enjoy warm! Quick preparation for 1 portion: Put 4 heaped tablespoons (approx. 50g) of the mixture into a small bowl. Pour over 150ml of boiling water or milk and leave to swell for 2 minutes. Then stir well and enjoy warm!
