    Special burgers Extra crispy: roll in breadcrumbs before frying. Extra fluffy: mix in 1 egg. Extra spicy: fold 1 small diced onion into the mixture. You can also use the mixture as a base for fillings, soups or casseroles.
  • Preparation
    Recipe tip: Casserole al Forno: Bring 175 ml of water to the boil and stir in the burger mixture. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and smooth it out. Cut 300g of zucchini into slices, spread over the mixture and pour 1 jar of tomato sauce (350g) over it. Mix 40g of Parmesan with 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the sauce. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
