  • Preparation
    170 g bulgur salad and 75 g feta or vegan alternative make 2 portions as a main course. 1. Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in a pan in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. 2. Pour in 300 ml of hot water, bring to the boil briefly and put the lid on. 3. Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and cook for a further 5 minutes. 4. Dice 75 g feta (or a vegan alternative) and add to the salad. Enjoy warm or cold.
