Description

For the gluten-free oat bread, Bauckhof uses only gluten-free Oat flakes. These gluten-free oat flakes are grown, transported and processing free from contamination with grains containing gluten. Bauckhof analyses each batch and guarantees < 20 ppm gluten.

Instructions for normal preparation (without bread maker)

You also add: 500ml lukewarm water and 1 packet of dry yeast (or 1/2 cube of fresh yeast). Makes about 850g of bread

It's that easy:
1. Mix: Mix the contents of the package with 1 package of dry yeast. 500 Measure out exactly 1 ml of lukewarm water and add it.
