  • Preparation
    1. Cut the vegetables and potatoes into small cubes and have water ready. 2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) in a pan together with the seasoning mix 1 (small bag). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add the vegetables and potatoes and fry. 3. Add water, stir in the seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and cook with the lid closed for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip: Fry fresh garlic together with the vegetables. Serve with ciabatta or toasted baguette. Enjoy!
