  • Preparation
    1. Dice the tomatoes and have water ready. 2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add the minced meat and fry vigorously. Add the tomatoes and continue to fry. 3. Pour in water, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and cook with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip: This goes well with basmati rice or flatbread. Refine with 1 tablespoon of cream or crème fraîche. Enjoy!
