    Preparation for: 2 pieces (approx. 400 g) chicken drumsticks 400 g mixed vegetables e.g. potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions 50 ml water
  • Preparation
    1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces, put them in a greased casserole dish and mix with the seasoning mix 2 (large bag). Pour in 50 ml of water. 2. Skin the chicken drumsticks and cut them 4-5 times across the grain (see illustration). Stir seasoning mix 1 (small bag) into 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and brush onto the chicken drumsticks with a pastry brush. Place the chicken drumsticks on the vegetables and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C top and bottom heat for around 60 minutes. Tip: Garnish with lemon slices and onion rings. Serve with flatbread or rice and a cool yogurt dip. Enjoy!
