    1. Rinse the beans in a sieve and have water ready. 2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan with the seasoning mix 1 (small bag). Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add the minced meat and fry. 3. Add the beans and water, stir in the seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and tomato paste and cook with the lid closed for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip: Baguette or wholemeal bread goes well with this. Also suitable as a filling for tacos and wraps.
