Description

Couscous is whole grain durum wheat semolina and slightly milder than bulgur. It is delicious as a side dish or filling and is particularly suitable for salads. Together with Mediterranean herbs and cranberries, it makes a wonderful mixture for many vegetable dishes and salads.

    Put 80 g of couscous mixture in a pot. Add 150 ml of boiling water, bring to the boil, put the lid on. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil or ghee as desired. Season with salt.
