The fine organic balsamic vinegar is made from fruity apple balsam and refined with refreshing lemon juice concentrate. This gives it its wonderfully light and fruity-fresh taste, which also gives light fish sauces an ideal acidic note, for example.

Like all Byodo vinegars, Lemon Balsam is completely natural and fascinates with its mild acidity. It is obtained through continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures.
