Pressed with care in the Rapunzel oil mill in the Allgäu. The aroma is delicately nutty with a light, typical bitter note. The linseed oil is produced using the special OXYGUARD® process. The particularly gentle process used at Rapunzel ensures that the richness of valuable ingredients is retained.
Rapunzel OXYGUARD® native linseed oil is an excellent source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are vital for humans. The essential 3-fold unsaturated linolenic acid is contained in high concentrations (57.0g per 100g oil).
