For the Byodo Raspberry Balsam, fine apple cider vinegar is refined with fruity raspberry juice concentrate. The result is a delicious organic balsamic vinegar that tastes wonderfully light and intensely fruity. This makes it ideal for tart salads such as lamb's lettuce with walnuts, but also refines light salad dressings for delicate spring salads to perfection. The Raspberry Balsam is also a gourmet tip for pickling antipasti.

Like all Byodo vinegars, the Raspberry Balsam is completely natural, with a mild acidity. It is produced at pleasantly warm temperatures through continuous vinegar fermentation, which means that valuable enzymes are retained in the vinegar.
