Description

This bread is vegan, gluten-free and kosher. The Ekibio philosophy also includes the fact that flower breads are made without yeast, eggs, fats, dairy products and flavourings. This means that the flower bread ("Le Pain Des Fleurs") is not only ideal for people with gluten intolerance. The dough for the crispy bread is toasted for a few seconds at a high temperature of 300 to 400°C during processing. This creates the special crispy texture, which also varies from variety to variety.

Flower bread would love to conquer every meal and displace the cliché of "boring and bland crispbread". Flower bread offers a wide range of uses. Whether simply eaten on its own for crunching, as a topping for soups or combined with imaginative spreads, there are no limits to the gourmet's imagination.

This variety can be combined with virtually anything you have in your fridge – jam, herb curd and cheese are recommended as toppings.
