  • Preparation
    Quick bread in 60 minutes All you need to do is add 500 ml of water. Makes 850 g of bread. It's that easy: 1. Preheat the oven to 225°C top and bottom heat (gas mark 4). 2. Mix the quick bread mixture in 500 ml of lukewarm water for 2 minutes. 3. Do not let it rise!!! 4. Immediately pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (24, 25 or 26 cm). Score the middle with a dough scraper or knife dipped in oil. 5. Place an ovenproof dish with a little boiling water in the oven. 6. Bake the bread at 225°C for 58 minutes. 9. Remove from the loaf pan immediately and allow to cool well on a wire rack before cutting.
