For Arche Sea Mix, the three seaweeds wakame, sea lettuce and nori are collected and gently dried at below 42°C. The balanced, spicy taste of this mixture goes well with salads, vegetable dishes, tofu and rice. But gallettes with a vegetable filling also taste almost like vacation with a hint of seaweed!
