Ich liebe die Konjak-Nudeln! Lassen sich perfekt kombinieren mit Suppen, Eintöpfen, allen Arten von Gemüse oder Ei, machen satt und glücklich, aber nicht schwer oder müde (sind extrem leicht, nur 9 kcal auf 100 g!) und gehen super-schnell (da schon vorgekocht). Vom Geruch beim Öffnen darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen – der ist erst einmal „fischig“, verschwindet aber komplett, wenn man die Empfehlung auf der Packung beachtet und die Nudeln 2-3 x unter warmem Wasser abspült. Für mich am leckersten mit Thai Curry Gemüse ;)
