Arche Bifun rice noodles are incredibly versatile. The fine noodles from Thailand can be used as a soup garnish, in quick wok dishes, in spicy vegetable stir-fries and exotic salads with a Far Eastern touch. They are made in a Thai factory from pure whole grain rice. Thanks to a special "wrapping technique", the rice noodles are easy to portion or break off.

    Arche Bifun are incredibly versatile and quick to prepare: as a soup garnish, in wok dishes, spicy vegetable stir-fries and salads with a Far Eastern touch.
  • Preparation
    Bring plenty of water (4 liters for 250 g of pasta) to the boil. Add the desired amount of Bifun and loosen immediately with a fork. Cook for 5 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Drain and continue processing as per the recipe. Alternatively, pour boiling water over the pasta, loosen with a fork and leave covered for 5 minutes. Drain and continue processing as per the recipe.
