The artichokes in extra virgin olive oil are an excellent product and prepared according to Tuscan tradition. Only the best fruits are used. Whole artichokes are peeled by hand in the LaSelva factory, then blanched in water and vinegar and marinated in extra virgin olive oil to retain their intense flavor.
