Aloe vera has been known as a cultivated plant for more than 6,000 years. The leaf pulp of the aloe has a unique ability to bind water.

The aloe vera plant is known in Ayurveda for its cooling, pitta-reducing qualities.

This aloe vera juice is not made from concentrate. Only the pure plant juice from the gel inside the leaf is used. The plants are grown according to strict, controlled organic guidelines.

The leaf pulp of the aloe vera plant is carefully peeled out of the leaves of the plant by hand and stabilized using a special process.
